The TBT full form is Throwback Thursday, which is a well-known hashtag used on social media platforms. You may come across while scrolling your social media feeds like Instagram captions, Facebook post captions, and sometimes on Twitter some posting the tweet like #TBT. TBT, or Throwback Thursday, is the name of a weekly trend and hashtag game on social media that users from all over the world participate in to share and look back fondly on some of their fondest memories hence the “throwback” concept.
The retro element of a post in this instance can refer to just about anything from the past. Posts may contain content (often images) that was created years ago or just yesterday. Although participating in it can be enjoyable, there are no restrictions, and it merely serves as a pretext for people to share more about themselves.
